Cancellation & Attendance Policies

• Client Cancellation

  • Any session cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, or is missed without any cancellation, the client will be charged 50% of the original cost of the service

• Punctuality

  • Each scheduled session has a reserved time. If the client is running late, they are to inform the counsellor, and the client will be offered to meet for the remaining allotted time. The client will be charged full price for the session.

Package Policy

All Counselling Session Packages expire 1 year after purchase; no refunds
